All participants must be accompanied by a responsible caregiver at all times during workshops, programs, and events.
A caregiver may include:
- Parent or legal guardian
- ABA therapist or behavioral aide
- Family member
- Support worker
- Authorized companion
Emerald NeuroArts Foundation provides structured art- and music-based programming in a supportive creative environment.
However, the foundation does not provide childcare or behavioral supervision services. The responsibility for the participant’s physical safety, emotional regulation, medical needs, and behavioral support remains at all times with the accompanying caregiver.
Caregivers are expected to:
• Remain present during the full duration of each session
• Assist participants as needed
• Support transitions and emotional regulation
• Ensure the participant’s well-being and safe participation
Our role is to provide creative guidance, artistic tools, and an inclusive space for expression — not to assume custodial responsibility.
Participants may take sensory breaks at any time. Caregivers must accompany them. They may return whenever they feel ready.
